  • Kipping is fine it's part of Crossfit training but your not getting full extension on those pull ups man not hating just think your cheating yourself

  • kipping engages your entire body, keeps the heart pumping like crossfit should. use lower body to generate momentum so your heart pumps more blood then you use your upper body to pull up so your heart has to keep changing between where to pump blood. it's not really cheating, momentum exercises increase explosiveness which is key in a lot of sports like basketball, lacross, mma, pretty much all sports actually

  • Those are some terrible pullups.
