  • dam just noticed the girl walking by near the end

  • Thanks for sharing! Inspirational! ps.I have the same problem with my knees! :-/

  • @Ichicracker it helps keep your back straight and your abs from herniating out.

  • you know the belt doesn't actually do anything in that work out, it feels like u can life more with it but its the same as not having it

  • Great deadlifts!

  • nice one :)

  • Nice job! To reiterate what bigredkid3 mentioned, it looks like you could benefit from adjusting your stance a bit. Your knees collapsing in might be remedied if you move your feet a bit closer together (a couple of inches) and then rotate your toes out (instead of having them pointing straight ahead). This should help the knees stay solid as well as accentuate the glute contraction/hip thrust from which power for the deadlift originates.

  • I think she is gorgeous all around.

  • One badass lifter. KEEP IT UP !!!!

  • Thanks! =)

  • whats so impressive, is that her fore arms arent that big, but she can lift that weight without straps.

  • First off. I love the soundtrack! Who is this, Job For A Cowboy? One piece of advice though. At 1:44 everything looks perfect but as soon as you begin the lift you knees float in probably causing you to lose some leg drive. All I would do is bring you heels together by pivoting on the balls of your feet. This would create a 30-45 dregree angle between your feet. This should keep your knees from floating and help leg drive. Try it. If it works then great, if not then you didnt lose anything.

  • Thanks for the advice. I notice the knees. I am working on fixing this! lol

  • Your welcome.

  • @bigredkid3 maybe trying the sumo style deadlift would fix the knee issue?

  • @mrmrlee It would help, but i believe she switched from sumo to conventional style.

  • @bigredkid3 correct, was having too many problems with sumo, and it KILLS my hips now.

  • @burningcactai So that was the reason. I didnt know why you made the change. I just remember seeing that from previous vids

  • Thanks for making this vid! I will definately be adding this technique to my training...but not so much weight, lol.

  • Great! The conventional DL is awesome for sure!

  • WOW! Jenn great lifts again. P.S.- way to handle and dismantle people who think they know it all. hahha there will always be some FUCKTARD trying to help you.

  • lol, Thanks Dallas. No reason for me to take advice from someone who lifts less then me!

  • burrned

  • wow! great job!! your not only gorgeous your STRONG!!!!!!!! wish there was no sound track so we can hear your intensity. aweosme job

  • Thanks jdcruise, maybe I will leave the music out of my next video.

  • wanna marry me?! =)

(form was not best anyway.. work on it, if you allow me just to advice xD)

  • I know the form wasn't the best, but from looking at your videos I deadlift more then you

  • LOOOOOOOOL WAHHAHA Nice one

  • @burningcactai

ok. now do you feel a better person than me? -.-' see, I don't upload videos to let someone know how much I'm strong. It's been A MONTH of training for me. I am working on technique and to increase weights little progressively.

and anyway, can't someone weak give advices?!

    I don't wanna marry anymore U.U xD

  • I don't think I'm a better person then you. My only point was I'm not going to take advice from someone who is deadlifting less then me. And now that you tell me you have only been training for a month I stand by my statement.

  • @burningcactai

    ok. that's fine.
