Nice job! To reiterate what bigredkid3 mentioned, it looks like you could benefit from adjusting your stance a bit. Your knees collapsing in might be remedied if you move your feet a bit closer together (a couple of inches) and then rotate your toes out (instead of having them pointing straight ahead). This should help the knees stay solid as well as accentuate the glute contraction/hip thrust from which power for the deadlift originates.
First off. I love the soundtrack! Who is this, Job For A Cowboy? One piece of advice though. At 1:44 everything looks perfect but as soon as you begin the lift you knees float in probably causing you to lose some leg drive. All I would do is bring you heels together by pivoting on the balls of your feet. This would create a 30-45 dregree angle between your feet. This should keep your knees from floating and help leg drive. Try it. If it works then great, if not then you didnt lose anything.
WOW! Jenn great lifts again. P.S.- way to handle and dismantle people who think they know it all. hahha there will always be some FUCKTARD trying to help you.
ok. now do you feel a better person than me? -.-' see, I don't upload videos to let someone know how much I'm strong. It's been A MONTH of training for me. I am working on technique and to increase weights little progressively.
I don't think I'm a better person then you. My only point was I'm not going to take advice from someone who is deadlifting less then me. And now that you tell me you have only been training for a month I stand by my statement.
dam just noticed the girl walking by near the end

@bigredkid3 maybe trying the sumo style deadlift would fix the knee issue?
mrmrlee 1 year ago
@mrmrlee It would help, but i believe she switched from sumo to conventional style.

@bigredkid3 correct, was having too many problems with sumo, and it KILLS my hips now.

@burningcactai So that was the reason. I didnt know why you made the change. I just remember seeing that from previous vids
