congrats on getting your test...I have Sleep Apnea...I had a friend who made deliveries to my place of employment and we were discussing this subject June 2010....he said he had it also and has been meaning to get a sleep study...he died in his sleep Dec 11 2010...I had my study run and now on a bipap...LIFE CHANGING...feel so much better now.....if you think you have it...get it tested/treated....it is a SERIOUS MATTER...hope this guy gets tested soon. ...RIP ROY....WE MISS YOU!!!!
Apnea has to be treated, no question, but you might ask your doctor about a dental sleep appliance! In some instances they can be effective, safe and a lot more comfortable than cpap! It is a viable alternative if you have trouble with cpap.
I had a test last week and fell asleep in three minutes. Maybe you should do some work or exercise the day of the test to make you tired. I had not problem at all.
Well, of course, Valume isn't how you spell Valium, but hey.
How do you expect to fall asleep by making videos? I'm having my study tonight and I know all my gadget are a source of distraction for me that keep my brain processing and me awake.
Hope you found that hot guy you were looking for. :)
I did the sleep study. The guys told me they'd monitor me and come give me a CPAP treatment if they noticed I was in distress. I told them, "See you in a few minutes."
With the mask, I had the best 3 hours' sleep I've had in YEARS!!
As the technical director/manager of a sleep disorders centre if one of my techs did a hook up like that I would fire them. Where are you to good folks working?
faggots everywhere. damn...I swear, I'm getting sick of it in a big way. Let me know if you're a queer in the title of your video so I can avoid you, and NO, I'm not homophobic as that would imply that I am afraid of it, where as I just don't approve of it.
It was hard to sleep for me as well, actually, I thought I never fell asleep. After three hours, the CPAP went on. 111 apneas per hour. This condition can not only ruin your life, it could end it.
Wowee you are young for this condition usually involves obese men who drink too much not hotties like yourself. good look get better soon. nurse Van. xxx
Vanessa, I'm glad you're not my nurse. I went through this and am not obese at all and I don't drink either. In fact, all of the other people who were at the sleep lab on the night I was were women and none were obese. Orange guy: my primary care doc gave me a pill (2 actually) to help me sleep during the test. I went right out and only woke up when they came in to put on the mask. I'm on CPAP now every night and am feeling great. Good luck.
Actually as far as I'm aware when you have sleep apnea you need to be careful with sleeping pills, etc. I was told that sleep apnea patients should never be given morphine because it slows down the respitory system.
Ur cute =)

As a sleep technician, that has to be the crappiest hook up that I have ever seen.
HooVision 4 years ago
I have to agree. As a Registered Sleep Technologist, that hookup was a JOKE.
AmandaPSGT 3 years ago
then it should be AmandaRSPGT right? :)
HooVision 3 years ago
Yes... however, I made this screen name before my registry...but thanks for the correction. Not like I'm not aware :)
AmandaPSGT 3 years ago
I know just giving you a hard time. I'm just bored watching people on CPAP as we speak...

I had to have a sleep study once and didn't like them putting everything on me.
It wasn't cool at all.
I was about 4.
But when they got done I was all right.
I stayed awake looking at my pulse oximeter on my finger.
LOL
Those machines are cool.

Even though I'm an obese man who drinks to much, anyone can get sleep apnea no matter what the size.

You are so wrong, wrong, wrong. Even young children have sleep apnea. People are so uneducated about sleep apnea.
standens123 4 years ago
Very true. if that were the case then I wouldn't see so many pediatric cases.
