hammett is good for these youngsters, but listen carefully to Bob Rock in this interview and you will hear what he actually tries to say about Kirk and u will find out that he and I have a shared opinion. :)

No, I agree...I'd like to hear Kirk play without so much wah on the new album. I know it's part of his style, but you'll notice that one of his best solos off the Black album (and in my opinion, one of his best ever) was on The Unforgiven, and he didn't use wah. Just straightforward, and fuckin' sweet.
