its not completely fry, hes got a lot of voice in it as well...thats why its not as high in pitch as a lot of deathcore vocalists, its just a really great sound

@anosa12345 his lows are definitely reinforced frys, his highs are probably somewhat of a hybrid (possibly not at the same time, i cant hear them that well)

the melissa cross naming system sucks, you can develop different tones from so many different places, ive named ~15 of mine because it made more sense

well i mean this band doesnt have like really tech riffs so yea he may be an awsome bas splayer just like u cant bass swaep when the gutairs i juat playing opens u have to follow the ryhtme which isnt hard. for this band

Actually they're bass lines are really really easy if you listen to them, so no he's not that talented at bass.

not always......writing music is about what goes well over all as a song. skill as a musician is important for if somthing that is difficult is what goes well with the song. it doesnt mean that you have to use every technique or skill in every song or write to the best of your playing abilivty to chalange yourself as a musician

what shows true skill for a bassist is how he incorporates his own music instead of just playing the rhythms. a very good example of this is the bass playing for protest the hero.
