Probably PIC32 machine code but it could be done in SPIN.

SPIN was developed with multicore microcontrollers in mind. I've never heard of SPIN being implemented on an AVR.
@Robobbly Oh, ok im probably thinking of something else - i cant rember what the arduiones one is called. I was talking to my farther today and he was telling me about his 124 core microcontroller! Thats some beasty microcontroller.
will this run on NTSC (RCA) Outputs? ...
(i'm doing my board from scratch - not like a HYDRA or XGS Kit...)
