  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE did you go to jail? because from what ive seen and heard there is a punishment for quitting boot camp but i may be wrong i might just be thinking about lying on enlistment correct me please if im wrong =)

  • @miastrok No LAW punishment for quitting. You will be punished in a way by not being able to re enlist. But you will not go to jail because you are not in the Military at this time.

  • @rabsmiff your disrespectful

  • @WolfySwag I apologize.

  • They didn't survive long. In Infantry Training in '62 we did the hymn three times and almost died! Many Marines discarded their masks in Korea. We were not going to do that.

  • why the fuck this is necessary?? this is very dangerous, gas can destroy your brain, stomach!! body!!!

at any time can cause a death or someone go blind

    verry dangerous..

  • @Dymitry95 ur a dumbass and dont know what your watching, these are marines in an annual gas chamber test, and its just strong tear gas, this isnt Auschwitz, its a requirement to do this in the marines, but oh wait ur a dumb civi that doesnt know what the military goes through, u disgust me

  • @Dymitry95 not this type of gas...its mild gas that just makes you cry and your nose runs and you get a sore throat...its meant for dispersing angry mobs

  • breating in the gaz chamber isnt too bad, Its when u open your eyes.

  • Good going, men!

  • marines are sexy!! lol

  • He was the last to leave he room, right after he said first to fight lol. Nice to see some motivated Marines oorah

  • is that Quantico?

  • Real cs gas

    /watch?v=pKSW7EwEyrI

  • I LOVE IT!!!! THANK GUYS !!!! REMEMBER 9-11

  • Thats the quickest Marine Corps Hymn I ever heard!!

  • What asshole is calling the marines wimps? Why haven't the terrerists haven't gotten the drop on us again? Who kicked Saddam's ass in '91? Who defends this country? The Marines!!! God bless you guys!!!! :-)

  • Nothing like bored Marines. :) 'nuff said.

  • @Beamster420 Okay, first off, aircraft is not the only way to get into the US. Most ships are not screened until they are in port, and by that time, the nuclear device could have been transported off of the ship and deeper inside a city. If you don't like it, shut the hell up, get off this page, and quit being so LIBERAL!

  • @Beamster420 Tha AK-47, although sixty years old, still packs a punch. The 7.62mm round is an ideal round for sniping and long range shots. The AK is highly reliable and accurate, so it is still a danger to the troops. If they can aquire a nuclear weapon, of course they'd be a threat. They need to be stopped before more terrorist acts like 9/11 are carried out, oh wait, 9/11 was a conspiracy that's right, durr.

  • @NCOProductions lol 7.62x39 out of an AK-47. extremely innacurate

  • @slkcac Lol.. dude, the 7.62mm round is the same as a .308, and the Remington 700 shoots a .308, and the 700 is hella accurate and really nice, I've shot it dozens of times.

  • @NCOProductions 308 Winchester = 7.62 x 51mm

  • @Beamster420 I don't. I do believe, that 9/11 attacks were a conspiracy, but by saying that we have no cause in the Middle East, that, in my opinion, is just an insult to the men and women who have died protecting our freedom, and the ones serving. Our cause is just.. We are there because Al-Quida and the Taliban are a substantial threat to not only the US, but to the world. If they could aquire a nuclear weapon... Imagine the harm done.

  • @Beamster420 No, of course not, because the brave Devil Dogs charged into the sandbox, and killed every mother fucker that opposed us. Now they are hiding like pussies and we are slowly hunting down and exterminating each and every one of those al-quida bastards.

  • @brockmountian I doubt you have the balls. I've been in that gas chamber. Marine Corps boot camp, 1972, we had to sing all 3 verses of the Marine Corps hym WITHOUT our gas masks on. You come out with boogers the size of spuds hanging from your snotlocker, saliva running from your mouth in strings to your waist, some puked their guts up, your eyes and skin are on fire and that's just one of the goodies one has to endure to earn the name Marine. I already know you haven't got what it takes.

  • lol very nice try

  • fucking pussies thats not hard

  • @brockmountian and how many times have you tried, sir?

  • @brockmountian Why dont you go face to face with one of them and see whos the pussy.

  • @brockmountian Spoken like a man with insecurity issues! What is that suppose to be some stupid locker room, macho junior high statement? When you get that first bayonet in your back by the enemy or a sniper bullet pierce through your kevlar and feels your balls sink inside your sack, or when you suddenly shit your pants when your buddys head gets suddenly blown right off and you start hallucinating shit after coming home then you realize what its all about!

  • hey just quit makin fun of all the forces im airforce and i actually have been to the front with numerous marines they will fight just like the rest

  • Oh .Iam in the British army, and would love too get my hands on you amateurs

  • @pinkfloyd9131 I'd understand the Royal Marines cuz their badass, but royal army? Please...

  • @pinkfloyd9131 lmfao ok. how's marine corps special operating command taste bitch?

  • LMAO!!! Those guys said fuck that!!!

  • Is it painful to breath the gas?

  • @alexandor1 It's not that bad, your nose is going to be dripping snott whether you breath in the gas or not but it clears your sinus so sometimes it's a good thing to breath it in

  • Imagine swallowing a cactus.

  • @alexandor1

    no shit

  • @alexandor1 the scariest part is the feeling like u cant breath just remember u are breathing and stay calm, a few seconds later someone will yell gasgasgas and u get to put ur mask back on. if u are goin to boot jus remember dont panic an reach for the door or ur DIs will treat u like a ragdoll

  • Good 2 Go nasty fuckin LT's, how dare you disrespect my Marine's Hymn but no locking your freaking body

  • august 9th - san diego

  • Comment removed

  • @andrewa8015 You're going on my birthday :D Good luck mate! Semper Fi

  • Looks fun I go august 23 2010

  • I can hardly wait to try the gas chamber. Feb 8 is when the Marine fun begins for me.

  • feb 8 for me!

  • Cool! You going to Pairs Island?

  • i leave march 13th! =] i cant wait either!! San Diego is where im goin!! =] From Moreno Valley,ca!! Yeauh!

  • OH NO SHIT!!! MO VAL!!! im in palm desert, i go to boot camp july 26. when i went to sandiego meps i went to moval for the duty driver.

  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE That was a year ago. Did you graduate??

  • @robertabramson I wish. it was awsome, and I miss it, but I made too many little mistakes. Im going back though. And when I do, the Corps wont even remember the old recruit.

  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE how did you enjoy ot

  • @tepsy1993 Loved it, till I got sick, then realized that there were a few mental blocks I had to figure out how to break through. I eventually got recycled, and that tottaly broke me beyond what I could handle, and I quit. Worst decision EVER! Only made it as far as the end of first phase. But I'm going back as soon as possible. I can hardly wait to return. It will be Hell to pay, but I'll go through anything they give me to fix my mistake and become a Marine.

  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE as long as you dont quit!!! SEMPER FI DO OR DIE

  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE hows the fun goin for you?

  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE

    how was it?

  • @fishcrazy104 In short, I hated but loved it, thought I couldn't make it so I quit, realized my mistake, and am going back fully prepared and at full speed. I just need to hire a military physical trainer to help me get to that point.

  • @HEIGHTSIXFIVE enjoy!

  • Did they stop using CN? MCRD PISC used it on me in '83

  • did u go to mcrd san diego?

  • cs is the same as tear gas, same thing. i dont know what cn is.

  • what does CS mean?

  • CS is just "o-Chlorobenzylidene Malononitrile"

It was designated CS because the men who discovered it.

    Ben Corson and Roger Stoughton

  • As a Devil Pup in Camp Pendleton, the gas chamber I went through was so cloudy we could barely see more than a couple feet.

I went through the Navy's gas chamber in boot camp... almost nothing. Clear as the room I sit in now. We had to recite the eleven general orders of a sentry and file out. A little sting, a little snot... almost laughable.

  • As a recently graduated Devil Pup, this past summer actually, i was dissapointed we did not get to go thru the gas chamber. unfortunately the mothers of america or sum such organization complained about it and so the boxing that was available and the gas chamber were not allowed to be continued. FUCKIN BULLSHIT!! haha

  • Wow... I feel sorry for you. Sometimes, protection is TOO MUCH of a "good" thing.

  • what i did it??? when u graduate?

  • @abcaines I bet the SEALs training with gas is ten times worse.

  • @Nitrokour it couldent be this is the only way u can train with gas without physical harm to the body or mind, seals arnt all supermen there just very elite at what they do

  • @abcaines I can sympathize... my RDC was SPECWAR, we were his last division, and IDK if they are all "integrated division's" now, but I am pretty sure we were one of the last all male divisions to come out of RTC... yeah, it was pretty thick, certainly not like this video... either way, it doesnt really matter, considering you get to leave eventually. The real test is deployments... no choking and sprinting your way through that.

  • let me guess diggy your from the middle east right. oh but if your country is getting bombed you kiss our ass and beg for help.

  • i sung it four times all 3 verses in a super charged chamber it isnt bad.., then again being cbrn it come naturally

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!!!!!!!

  • LOL THAT WAS FUNNY

  • Well this is no shit: in 1960 at MCRD San Diego (or was it ITR at Camp Pendleton? - memory fades) , our entire platoon sang the first verse of the hymn inside the gas chamber before we exited. I have no idea whether it was CN or CS or how strong it was, but we got through it -- albeit snot was streaming all over the place.

  • The effect of the CS gas is also defined by how strong stuff are they using, how much and how much space is there. CS gas doesn't make you pass out. The really strong stuff makes it impossible to breath and eventually you collapse from choking to your own saliva or not breathing

  • the first time I went inside the gas chamber my gas mask was too big, so I took it off and stood there about 40 second with no effect until people start to choke and then it hit me

  • The last guy did a good job.

Also is it possible this stuff can stop affecting you or you just stop notcing it.

Plus what is CS gas made of, because seems like a mix of different irritants.

  • Good stuff! CS doesn't effect everyone the same way. I wouldn't doubt that more could handle breathing it, but fear gets in the way. First time I did the gas chamber at PI it was tough. Not so bad the second time at Lejeune, and the third time at CAX, we actually had some fun in it.

  • So. I'm curious to know what it feels like when you are getting gassed.

  • trust me you dont haha.

  • you can't see anything, your lungs grasp for every last bit of clean air they can get and it burns extremely bad. long enough and it will make you puke. it just has that distinct smell to it. its pretty bad

  • Well. As you to have described it. I'm not looking forward to it.

  • oh come on now it isnt that bad... i'm an NBC Marine haha

  • thanks for being a marine.

  • for all you thinking they are doing this in basic training they arent, look at their collars, they are officers, also that is the gas chamber at camp Lejeune, its a bitch to just say your name and rank let alone sing half the marine hymn

  • This is actually the gas chamber aboard Camp Barrett on MCB Quantico.

  • Ok i did this in air force basic training. All we had to do was say our reporting statement.(And 90 percent of the people couldn't make it half way through it).. So that guy is pretty fuckin tough.. Marines in general are hardcore.

  • holy crap i admire them for even singing that much of the hymn in the gas chamber

  • THATS THE SPIRIT!

  • MarineS ThanK YOU!

  • that was a 2nd Lt.

  • Lucky I wasnt running the Chamber at that time because we always locked the doors from the outside!!!

    USMC RET

  • Calling Marines pussies? Bullshit. They have the balls to stay up while you sleep willing to die, so you can go to work tomorrow or see your wife and children. They also protect your right to say that. Also, when I had to sit in the gas chamber, I had my gas mask on. I assume you did too, and these fine Marines did not so...

  • I understand but still. MArines got guts. What was your MOS? I was 1812.. Anyway, I understand but they WERE signing.

  • he probably just think's hes hardcore cuz his body doesnt feel the effects of it. some people dont feel it. maybe hes one of them but he just thinks he's hardcore

  • @NCOProductions

The marines are def. not pussies, but the marines are NOT protecting me or my family. I would be safe with or without the war in Afghanistan. You americans feel threatened because of leaving Iraq? Why, thats just ignorant. Noone is fighting for me, and thats just a clishé thing to say. We are not living in the fourties.

  • @RouserTheRebel Well, I do apologize due to the fact that was directed at United States citizens. Terrorists could acquire a nuclear, biological or chemical device at any time and use it on massive cities. Just because you don't live in the city doesn't mean you're not at risk. They ARE keeping you safe...

  • @NCOProductions So... tell me. what terrorists could acquire a nuclear device?

    exactly, NONE.

so it begs the question how many "terrorists" have u.s. / coalition forces been able to kill and / or capture in afghanistan? exactly, it's closer to zero than "double digits"

  • @Darusdei What terrorists?

ANY terrorist could acquire a nuclear, biological or chemical device with the proper technology and funding available. A terrorist is a terrorist, they can be any race, shape or size.. and yeah, the terrorists and Islamic extremist groups we are waging war with today are using guerrilla tactics and are hiding like pansy's. That's why we can't capture shit, and when we do see them, they're either incinerated by a 2,000lb JDAM bomb or shot up.

  • @NCOProductions and that's too much movies and "24" tv series...

there are no international terrorist organizations, there are only handful of very small fringe groups, which makes your "war against terrorism" major bullshit.

  • @Darusdei Alright smartass, try and stop the US Government's war on Terror. You're a fucking idiot, resorting to using a false, fiction, television programming as an example.

  • @NCOProductions have you read the leaked afghan documents?

now, how many "terrorists" have the u.s. forces been able to capture or kill?

(90% of the casualties have been civilian or your own men)

you're also funding pakistan which in return is supporting and aiding the taliban which you are fighting against. which basicly means that you're fighting against yourselfs...

  • @Darusdei Yourselves you mean? and I, personally, am not funding that kind of operation...

Yes, I pay taxes, but that's not what my taxes go to.

and honestly, I don't care how many civilian casualties there are over there, they are not my people, therefore, as ignorant as this statement may be, I don't give a damn. If they're tired of dying, then they'll stand up and fight their own damn battles.

  • @NCOProductions ofcourse you don't care, that's rather obvious.

the irony is that most yanks don't care either, which is the reason why u.s. will fail over there.

and it's rather simple math, how much does it cost to upkeep one taliban fighter? and how much it costs to upkeep one fat yank over there?

    it's a financial nightmare...

  • @Darusdei Of course, a silly wanker Brit who thinks all American's are fat. Learn your shit, I'm skinny and in shape, you're one bias and stereotypical motherfucker..

    Anyway, I honestly don't care... :)

All I know is that our boys ARE doing a great job over there, and they're protecting the US constitution... I've been over there and it's not a pleasant place. Go to the sanbox and then argue with me over the internet like a dipshit. Conversation over.

  • @NCOProductions

I live in Oslo, Norway. The capitol. I thought there wasn't any WMD's in Iraq? Thats mainly why you invaded the country. Not to overthrow Saddam, but to neutrelize the threat of being bombed by WMDs. Oh, my country is at war in Afghanistan. We are there because of NATO, not because we are afraid of being bombed by the guerilla forces there. American Marines are NOT keeping me safe, paranoid numbnut.

  • @RouserTheRebel I'm not paranoid you fucking idiot, I'm defending the respect and honor that these Marines have. You stupid fucks try to make it seem like fighting and protecting your country is something that's so ignorant. You live in Norway, SHUT THE FUCK UP. This isn't about the Norwegians, it's about the UNITED STATES MARINES. WMD'S are Nuclear Biological and Chemical agents, and guess what we found, chemical agents, therefore, we found WMD'S.

  • @NCOProductions

Relax, young man. You claimed they were protecting me, and as you should know by now, not only americans use youtube. I didn't say these marines were pussies or anything like that, I just claimed that they were in Iraq for the wrong reasons (like there is any..)Also, I believe you should stop watching biased shit like Fox News. The Iraq war was based on a lie.

  • @RouserTheRebel Excuse my language earlier, I don't know why I did that. Anyway, yes, the war in the Middle east is a lie. I don't believe what the media says, I don't even believe what the government tells me. I'm not one of those people. Now, when I posted that comment last year, that was directed towards Americans. America is literally controlled by the Jews. I could get into this conversation and give you 5,000 reasons. We shouldn't be in the Middle East at all.

  • @NCOProductions look, everyone! it's a crazy person!

  • Comment removed

  • @RouserTheRebel Are you military by chance?

  • @NCOProductions i really dislike when people use the military crap they make our country safe, blah blah blah. Its already safe without ware. The military just made our country less safe by antagonizing enemies and making more enemies of usa in the process.

  • @thehantavirus This isn't about who's safe and who's not, it's about MARINES being the best of the best, the few, the proud.. and people being ignorant, and calling them pussies. That is exactly what this whole thing is about, either stay on topic, or don't reply.

  • @NCOProductions right on

  • bullshit. you would pass out after 2-3 minutes

  • that hott..lol

  • Dropped me floggin' mask after departing chamber!

Had to go back in without it, the Sgt threw me mask back in and when I got to it twas covered in puke and snot I wiped it out and put it on. CLNC Geiger ICT 70 0351

    Oohraa!

  • oh shit man thats sucks lol

  • this video is not from basic training. in basic you are not allow to laugh. the d.i. will put his boot in your mouth if you laugh. this is probably a unit undegoing training with their platoon leader, as first leutenant as you can by his silver bars!!!!!

  • Trust me, if they can laugh they doing pretty daqmn good. We practically had to live in this to get used to it. Never did like it, but could not complain

  • Acronyms:

    FAG: You

    GAY: You

    HOMO: You

    SCUM: You

  • dam i ment to give you thumbs up on that.

    sorry.

    28 you cunt.

  • I would not be saying anything with the name

"hotlatinob0y" i have no time to argue with lil fags like you

  • LMAO

  • mustve been laughing gas!!!

  • Hey, that's my chamber!!!!!

  • lol the Gas Chamber how fun that was

  • ok the last lt didnt breathe in until the very end. thats when it hits you.

  • Mother Fuckers are laughing. Undisaplined.

  • If one can laugh in the gas chamber they are better than me. Each time was different. The one I remember best was when they had us come up in groups of 3, remove our mask and give our name, rank, and serial number, You couldn't leave until everyone in your group had done it. Naturally, one fool in our group had trouble. If you've ever felt like killing someone ...

Then when you get outside you realize your face is burning and your sinuses are running to your knees.

  • It's not a matter of being "undisaplined." Firstly, they're officers. If they want to laugh in the gas chamber among other officers, by all means, they can do so. And as HML367 said, it takes a lot to laugh when you're breathing that shit in. Now if they were recruits, then saying that they are being undisciplined would be warranted.

  • Are you not allowed to laugh in the Marine Corp? Surely the 'gas test' is to test your resperator and see its effectivness, if you can do that smiling, what the hell!

  • You're right, it is, but when you're going through recruit training, you're building the foundation for being a Marine. Recruits are expected to display discipline at all times. Besides, we had Drill Instructors in the gas chamber with us as well as the training instructors. Trust me when I say that you don't ever want to "show them your teeth."

  • Yes I understand Wolf, you are obviously speaking from experience, and I respect that. I come from a different army whereby the training is different but the end effect somewhat the same.

  • Ah, ok. That's understandable.

  • our Senior Drill Instructor made us say "PLT 3245 Senior Drill Instructor SSGT Levingston Kill, Kill, Kill them all!!!!" but everyone only got to SSGT then everyone started coughing and spiting out mucous

  • Haha. Mine made us say "PLT 3040, Senior Drill Instructor SSGT Robinson, DEATH PAIN DESTRUCTION" But I only got as far as 'Robinson' but even that was choked off. lmao. My mask never properly sealed, so I was breathing the shit for the whole time I was in there, especially when we took off the masks.

  • Sorry, no If the United States Marine Corps had wanted you to smile They would have issued you one with your rifle and bucket.

  • Pain is weakness leaving your body.

  • @Brutus0723 oorah

  • good butterbars ;)

  • thats jokes haha, i'm getting gassed in 2 days and not lookin forward to it

  • Hey it's done, I reckon. How'd it go?

  • haha, not fun, it seemed okay at first, but then my face started burniong, and anything on my face that COULD leak, did

  • oh hell yeah :) just pepper spray me

  • My

    Ass

    Rides

    In

    Navy

    Equipment

  • Aint

    Ready to be

    Marines

    Yet

  • lol never heard those before XD

  • @Ackeljl now do one for the ARMY :)

  • Though I am not in the military, but I respect the hell out of you guys and anyone else who takes up arms for America. Anyone who defends my freedom and the freedom of others as well as this entire country's freedom deserves honor and a mighty Thank You. God Bless you all for your courage.

  • OOH RAH!!!!!!

that shit burns the fucking skin off ur eyeballs

  • you guys have the makeings of greatness in you but you got to take the helm and chart your own course. Stick to it, no matter the squalls! And when the time comes you get the chance to really test the cut of your sails, and show what you're made of! Well, I hope I'm there, catching some of the light coming off you that day

  • my brother told me about his experience, he said the biggest guys were begging to be let out after telling the other guys to tough it out XDD

  • that is so fuuny
