I work in a health food store and believe me, vitamin water really isn't much different from water, just really expensive. Anyone taking a multi-vitamin is getting way more than these vitamin waters. These things never sold at all before the damn commercials, and that's because they're a total waste of time and money.

Still, I guess they're healthier than a lot of other things you could end up putting into your body.
