@Bmxcolt45 There is a trick to keep your hubs clean, Every now and then, put a very loose shoe lace or stringy leather in between your hubs, and when you ride your bike. it rubs over the pedal collecting all the dirt and dust, and after its clean take them off, For chrome rims, use window cleaner or windex, or polish so it makes them cleaner/shinier, and when you use your brakes it is more touchy, as for everything else it's just basic wet towel rubbing.
