There's a free program you can download called Audacity that will easily take out the background static. With clearer sound quality, the whole thing will seem a bit artsier.

I'm so bored I sat here watching my cats ears twitch to the sounds of the birds on that video while watching the other cats ears twitch to the sound of the birds.
