It depends whom you are saying this to. Outsider men dictate women on what to wear, where to go ...., and women say to their parents and husbands, "No man should ever dictate a woman ..."---this is called FREEDOM in the West. A woman listens to her parents and husband, and say to others, "No man should ever dictate a woman ..." is righteousness in Islam. Is this not a matter of choice?
and to go on, no man should ever dictate what a woman wears, where she goes, what she does, etc.... women are not property... they are valueble partners in life.
Men and women both should protect each other at the same time enjoy their rights and privileges. The absence of this balance otherwise brings disaster and eventually slavery of other culture and people.
ummmm.... shouldn't all countries allow women to go to college? I'm not sure what your point is, women should always be considered equal to men and never anything less than equal.
