some UFO catchers (i.e with the claws) are fiddled with so theyre loose and when you grab toys they either:
1. dont reach the toy
2. are SO weak they dont even make it move.
i hate these. they're all over England now.
and they are usually filled with complete crap in comparison with the japanese UFO catchers! i want to go one day and just use up my moneys ufo catching xD
UFO machins suck dick, the 'TOY' could fall out either side of the claw, original claws with the 3 things gives you more chance of getting it, i dont see why people use these things.
well th 3 clawed ones are usually weaker than the 2 clawed ones. and they shake a lot when they're bringing the toy back up. also, ones with 2 claws sometimes let you rotate it so it makes it easier to get the toy. : ]
Actually, a 2-prong UFO Catcher is easier to strategize compared to the 3-prong ones. At least to me. It always depends on how the prize is positioned, when it comes down to it.
I understand that UFO & claw are related machines, but the way you play them is completely different. For both types, they can be rigged so the prize fall out easier. So having 3 prongs doesn't automatically mean you have more chance, per se.
i found out that in some ufo catching machines, they program it to let every 15 people win. I tried to see wether it was true so i waited until 14 people went and i won!!!!
