i remember playing PC version of that game.

i don't know about psx but pc one was dead easy, somehow.

my favorite part was urban area where your rockets would cause damage to the skyscrapers and make lots of concrete blocks fall down. there was something like bulldozer boss, if i remember correctly.

nevertheless, it was a fun game to play.

The bulldozer wasn't a boss, it was only a miniboss.
