i'm italian! mercedes citaro are by far better better better than iveco citelis!!! passenger compartment is squalid and cheap, its engine is very exuberant but tremendously noisy and vibrant! automatic doors, squeaky! it's a sin cause fiat group on the contrary is making good works with its car-brands fiat-alfa-lancia!
it seems a product for underdeveloped countries!
in fact you find it in italy too!
