I had that exact brush you're using. I also got it at Wal-Mart. Five bucks or something. Anyway, I can tell you that you will definitely notice a huge improvement when you switch to a badger brush. I invested in a nice silvertip one by Shavemac, with a faux-ivory handle and it's a bitchin' brush. Get one. Oh, and stop using those expensive 3 and 5 blade cartridges. Garbage, all of them.
