I saw Geoff May ride a track day at Barber just this weekend. "Impressed" is definitely the word of the day.

Even thought a $40,000 Jamie James R6 is a phenominal track bike it's not gonna compare to a straight up Supersport or FX bike. The sheer amount of money they've got in those bikes is ridiculous. Course, May is a fantastic rider and I bet he got a hell of a drive off of T8.

Riding fast around racetracks is 10% bike and 90% rider. You put a really topline racer on a CX500 he is going to leave most track riders on their R1's and Blades in his dust.
