The attitude era was my least favorite. There was only like 10 minutes of wrestling in a 2 hour show and almost every match ended in DQ or outside interference. The only good thing about it was that it still had WCW to compete against.

lol.What did the Attitude era really have that made it so great?If there was no DX,nWo,Austin,Foley, or Ministry it would have sucked. A good majority of the wrestlers sucked, they had alot of dumb storylines. To top it off it was no different than it is now.Just lots of cussing,sexual refferance and display,different people,crappy stage,slow boring wrestling,talking for the first 30mins of the show,etc.I've been a Wrestling fan since early 97.So I have seen the change from the old days to now.

There was a lot more than what you mentioned about that made the Attitude Era the greatest. The storylines were awesome. Ausin vs. McMahon, Austin vs. Rock, nWo vs. WCW, and more. Plus the matches were unbelievable such as Taker vs. Foley (Hell in a Cell), Austin vs. Rock (Wrestlemania X-7), TLC II (Wrestlemania X-7) and tons more! I'm leaving out a ton of stuff here because I don't have enough time to point them all out. So there was a lot more than just cussing and sexual reference.

There was alot of good stuff man. Not disputing that. What I am saying is, it wasn't the greatest time in wrestling history. It's Just when Wrestling was popular. The only reason those matches were so awesome then is because we had never seen anything like them before. TNA Wrestling has done alot of New innovative matches(Ultimate X,King of the Mountain,etc) that are just as good. But they have a much smaller audiance because no one cares anymore.

2. The WWE can no longer use the WWF name, as it was sued by the World Wildlife Fund. Thus, it had to--for legality's sake--"get the F out".

3. WWE's PGv now, which means that it's primarily for kids & casual fans, and thusly, isn't 14+ (for teens & adults) like The Attitude Era was.
