How hard of a throw is required for this? Would it be realistic to use this as a method of introducing, for example, a full-out?
GeoffTaucer 2 years ago
It is not that difficult. I brace my arms on my legs to get some leverage. I have used this as a drill for Giengers and Full outs.
Good luck.
