I love these tracks, very creepy and engrossing. Kind of reminds me of Hans Zimmer's work (Batman: The Dark Night, and Inception), with a bit of Halloween piano in there and for some reason, I also hear Metal Gear Solid themed in the mix too, lol. Can't wait for this game :]

If you will count earlier releases (1.1, 1.5 pre-steam) and add 1.6 (first steam version but it was before steam as well), CS:Source and CS:Source Beta (which is same CS:S but on new version of Source Engine) you will have much more than 3 ;]
