Jay Bruce may never be a superstar but he will be up there. I just hope that going 3-3 won't hurt him ego wise. He'll have his struggles at the plate but he'll be just fine. Look out National league when they start gelling. I also like how the young players are stepping up. Give Cueto time, he'll be the next stud !!!

Homer Bailey is a punk that won't listen to his coaches. Bruce on the other hand, will be a bad ass. There are plenty of Major Leaguers who move a lot at the plate and are/were awsome. Hell, Griffey Jr. moves around a lot when he's at bat. I'd say it hasn't hurt him at all.

Alot of movement at the plate alot of shaking around and twitches. I think Major league pitching will trim him down. There's a huge difference from triple A pitching. He still can turn out to be a nice player, but no superstar.

Jay Bruce should play this year for one reason. In the background as he rounds second, you can see where the Nationals are beating the Reds 7-0 in the 3rd inning! Bruce gives you some immediate power, screw all the fading vets.

Ken Griffey Jr is a great comparison for Bruce, although I doubt he'll ever hit 600 homers.

Jay Bruce will be the next "Big Thing" to hit Major League Baseball. It's a good thing he's in a baseball city like Cincinnati and not stuck in Tampa Bay or Florida where no one will appreciate him.
