Thank god! Someone talking about positive eating habits. First, we are carnivores, we're designed that way. Second, eat breakfast. 40% Meat, 20% cmplex carbs, 20% fruits and vegies, 20% fats (meat fats or fruit fats). That is all. This guy is on point.

First of all, we're Omnivores.. not carnivores.
40% meat is too much for a balanced diet.
20% fat is too low.
This is basically the recommendations regarding the macronutrients:
*45-55E% carbs (25/38g fiber and <10E% refined sugar)
*25-35E% fat (<10E% saturated)
*10-15% protein (Combinate different sources and increase intake if you work out hard)
E% = Energy percent = % of energy you get from a nutrient compared to the daily intake (fat =9 kcal/g, carbs=4kcal/g, protein=4kcal/g)

If your a fighter, young, have a high metabolism, and train 5-6 days a week, year round for cage fighting, its not that simple jackass. There is a science to it, as well as training, and dieting. I have gained 3 pounds of muscle in 2 years, beacuse of intense training. (from age 18-20). So i need to learn as much as i can. dumbass

You are wrong. Many athlettes eat that many calories, and they dont eat all carbs, they eat healthy protiens. On top of that skipping breakfast is a bigt cause of the body storing fat,among other factors

What a fucking trick! I thought this would be a more positive weight gaining video because it says "How to Gain Weight, Better Body Nutrition" so I thought that entailed it's a video about gaining weight but still doing it through good body nutrition.

01. Calling rikishi fat asses is an insult to the Japanese, sumo wrestlers are extremely respected men in Japan, comparable to firefighters in America. A more politically correct title would be greatly appreciated.
02. Finally, a video on the importance of the first meal of the day. I personally like to start my day with 3 oz. of steak, a four egg omelette (two yolks), a cup of berries, a few glasses of fresh tea and a cigarette. Without it, I just don't feel the same throughout the day.

the breakfast thing is SO TRUE!!! for a week i didn't eat breakfast cause i had started a medication for my hypothyroidism that required that i not eat for an hour before or after taking it, and i gained 5 lbs. in that one week!! now i set my alarm an hour early, take the medication, go back to sleep for an hour and then get up at my normal time and eat breakfast. i have since lost the 5 lbs. and feel better in the mornings.

Ever thought that all their problems arise from the simple fact that they are eating 20,000 calories a day? Or that Americans are choking themselves daily with artery clogging food?
I'm living in an Asian country, with none of the junk food American posses, I skip breakfast, I exercise when I'm fasted, sometimes I'll even nap after lunch. And guess what, I still manage to maintain/lose weight and never gain. I don't even eat that clean. I'm sure that's probably because I eat rationally.
