@mahdi20011 Have you tried to update the firmware? If so you have the wrong firmware. If you did nothing to modify it, then your factory firmware is corrupt.

@hubzcaps If you listen to the video I tell you that everyone seems to think there is 1 firmware that works on every tablet and that is not the case. We use our own custom version of Uberoid. There are over 140 different types of these tablets and finding the right firware is the problem.

hello ... ihave like this one and i upgrad it to (honeycombmod) ... it's wonderful and give battary more life ... but there is one problem with Touchscreen it's not work ... i use mouse ... any idea to fix this problem ?!!!

@Odat81 That is the same problem many people have when trying to update. because each tablet is different there are different firmwares. Your firmware must be designed for your tablet. You may also notice if the touchpad does not work there is a good chance that your sound does not work as well as many other features.

I have the Epad Wondermedia WM8650 and when I first opened it worked fine came with 60 % battery life. I plugged it up and says the battery is charging but the battery never charges. When you look into the settings at the battery state it says charging but does not give a percentage of the battery that is charged and then I will unplug and it turns off. Do I need a new battery or the charging port to be resoldered?

@johnsoncontrols2009 Sounds like the battery is bad. If it was the charging port the light would not change color or the screen would go crazy when you plug it in.

If it's the battery, some tablets are more difficult then others to open. Good luck finding a battery that fits.

@visionestore The camera is there to take pictures, skype may have been preloaded but will only work with voice or text, This kind of tablet can not make video calls currently. sorry

@JNcanor13 There is never a problem playing video, in fact the tablet came with a demo video. Just use mp4 format. If your video player does not work you can try to download a player app or just update your firmware.

@sirrasp I agree birds is a bit laggy but that is about as good as it gets. for what it's worth angry birds rio struggles on my galaxy s and that's a 600.00 device.

@joeycasimir7777 When you say it won't charge do you mean the light does not turn red or that the battery never holds charge but works when plugged in. There are 2 possibilities. 1- Bad battery (not too common in under 1 year. 2- There are many reports about a short (bad connection) on the charging port. either way, if it has to be opened to fix it is not worth it. It would be a $50.00 minimum + parts.

I have this and then gave it to my 9yr old son when I got my iPad 2. He'd rather go on this tablet than the iPad. I keep losing Internet on my iPad whilst this tablet has never had any problems. Plus it's got full market. For the price £70. I live in the uk is brilliant.

@ToughestJamaicanNerd This may sound silly but the sd card goes in the sd card slot which is located on the side of the tablet that has the power jack, headphone jack and usb port

Sorry for asking dumb questions, but after installing the card, with the machine turned off i see, the machine saying it is reading the media card. So all seemed well, however after clicking settings, and selecting storage, it still seems to list only the internal storage of 2gb, but the sd card is a kingston 8gb card. Is some trick needed so that the devices can see external storage? Again sorry for the dumb questions, but im confused.

@dragonbalzy Not a dumb question at all. However, the sd card should just read. You may need to reformat it. also, try putting something on it, like music or video. Install the card while the tablet is on. Wait for it to read the card and then see if you can access the contents.

@xThatsSoHennyx There is no screen saver on these tablets, you can change the wallpaper by holding your finger down on any home screen for about 2 seconds to bring up a menu that will allow you to change the background.

@alwayzjolly I don't use skype but was told it works, never heard of oovoo. Never heard of this type of tablet with a 3.0MP camera (most are .03), yes there is a usb dock so you can use a 3g modem, they all have wiFi, screen is resistive two point, yes to flash 10.1.

You ask for a firware download link - there is no 1 answer for every tablet, there are over 175 possible variations so each tablet needs to have customized firware. The whole point of the video was to let people know that we can help update their tablet. @sophiejwelch sorry to hear you have a problem. You need to log into your google gmail account first. It does not matter that you have a tablet instead of a phone as long as you are on wi-fi.

If you can not access the market it is probably because it is not a real android market.

The firmware update that we are showing will help you alot.

Did you not hear several times in the video that this is an updated firmware for people who bought the tablet and are not happy that it does not work. This video shows that it can work OK. What we do is give it a good android market and make it run better.

You can find our service on eBay (search for firmware update service)

Many people are trying to do this update themselves and finding out that the touchscreen or sound does not work or it is stuck in boot screen.

I own a tablet like this I just bought it 2 days ago and when I upgraded it the touch screen wont work. Ive done upgrading my MID v8 but unlike on my MID v7 the touch screen works well.
