They lock themselves up the way other fighting style. Karate use front leg to strike where their force only equal to the Muay Thai or Kun Khmer tip out. To get on the ring your have to be 1-tough to take the hit, and think to strike back with set up technique.
@numthai68 it is not about the money, but about national price, there can note, there are about 6 to 7 Thai organiser who sit and watch the fight at Apsara, these Thai people who buy our best fight to Thailand, pay them good price to fight against other nation, but first they have to change their name to Thai name.
@numthai68 lolz Can't accept the fact that 3 Thai champs got knockout by Khmer fighters on the same day? This is BS? Don't you dumbass know your own champs? Isn't that guy in blue a Thai champ? Don't you know what your champs look like? Isn't Ekapop Sor Klinmee a Thai champ also? Bunthen knocked him out on round 2! You can't accept that fact either can you? I respect all fighters but I hates a dumbass like you who think money is more important than your country's pride. Shame on you!
At 29 yrs old, the Thai boxer is somewhat out of his prime time. So is Sen Bunthen's opponent. Bunthen is 25, Phanna is 23. It will be exciting to see how these Khmer champs meet the Thai boxers who are in their hungry aggressive ages (perhaps 25 or younger). This fight is good and entertaining. The Thai does show skills and talent in first couple rounds, but stamina wise, he appears not in his best.
@ut2usr2 It doesn't matter how old they are. If they can beat other Thai boxers to obtain the belts and and hold the title as a champion that means they are still tough otherwise they wouldn't be able to obtain the belts. Make sense? By the way, Sen Bunthen is 26.
Hahaha thai people hating on cambodians.
Just accept that a champion lost the fight...crying ain't going to help but make you look stupid.

Khmer style, Thai style and Western style are all different even though they are in the same type of martial art.

KO with a kick to the left arm. That's rare.

@Coach2win In kickboxing, this is not rare! One heavy kick could broke your arm. This is a kickbox kick not a girly karate kick.

@rathacambo I know serey kicks are strong, but you shouldn't diss other arts because every kick has a purpose.
