the battery life on this phone isn't great or terrible. i charged it every night but it can last 2 days sometimes i just didnt risk it usually. it never would just die on me unexpectedly though you just gotta be responsible at charging it if you get this phone.

When you delete texts, like when you go in and delete them all, how long does it take? Cause my old treo deleted them very fast, my flip phone deletes them slow.

thanks haha... i was nervous but i thought i spoke well :) and it deletes texts fast i would say. you have to delete your inbox and sent messages separately but each one only takes 2 or 3 seconds max. but yea it seems fast to me, not at all slow enough to be inconvenient by any means.

This is a pretty cool phone. I have an iphone 3g, but im getting tired of it, and it is a little too complicated. Im going to sell it and im looking at new phones that i might want. If i get this phone, will I regret it?

honestly, i might regret trading an iphone for this phone, but only because the iphone is more valuable and does so much more. but in general no this is a great phone and im glad i got it i dont regret getting it. if u just want a phone thats easy to operate and is made for someone that txts a lot, this phone is perfect for u.

amazing phone. i got it about a month ago and i love everything about it. its bordering on ipod touch thin. and they buttons have a lively feel to them. and even though this isnt a 3G phone, its pretty fast. and has no problem downloading picure messages or video messages. very very good phone. id recommend it to anyone looking for a blackberry style phone, without all of the extras

no not really, the buttons on the palm centro are really close together but raised really high and rubberized... the buttons on the slate are way further apart and not quite as high and theyre plastic not rubber...

yes it does show the contact, and no it doesnt come with any expandable memory, thats really the only bad thing about this phone.

no i wouldnt say theres anything wrong with it, but some things i dont like about it is 1) the battery life, i txt a lot so i have to charge my phone every night. 2) no multiple deleting. like if i want to delete pictures or texts i have to do it all individually (of course there is an option to delete all pics or all txts as well) thats pretty much it.

it's super easy, but usually t9 is used when the phone has a standard 12 keypad.

well i can assure u that they're not for me and as soon as i held it i could already txt at a moderate pace... the thing is the buttons r kinda small but they're raised pretty high off of the phone so its easy to push the right one, iv used other phones like the blackjack 2, blackberrys, iphone, pantech duos and matrix moto Q, samsung propel... out of all the ones iv tried this one is the easiest and fastest to text on and the propel is the hardest... thats just my opinion tho. hope that helps!

no nothing bad. i cant really think of a reason why u wouldnt get it... except if you have enough money to pat for smartphone services like internet and stuff then get the quickfire or blackjack II, but if u just want a phone to txt and call ppl and stuff with a camera, this one is perfect

u mean like so it doesnt make that sound everytime u push a button?? theres two ways u can do that, the first way is with the scroll wheel on the side u can change it to silent or vibrate and the second way is u can go to menu -> settings -> sounds and alerts -> normal and click options for normal then go to customize and scroll down to where it says keytone type and select off. hope it works out.

yes, i love texting on this phone. i will admit it takes about a good week or so to get used to, but once you get used to it i can text very fast and efficiently, thats the whole reason at&t released this phone is for texting!
