It is no posible to compare the importance and power in all sense among Romania and Italy with those from US, England, France , USSR . Italy & Romania were more well a ballast than a true comrades.Even that Italy finished fighting at side of Allies against Germany at the end of war. Germans were the most effective soldiers gram by gram.
