I'm just wondering, after reading the book and learning about Nikki more in-depth. Is this song about Vanity or Heroin? Because throughout the book Vanity would almost be reflecting the bible as she talked about the past.. and this line "She's pushing bibles and clear bill of health, I can't make her go away".. it's almost as if he's taking about Vanity rather than Heroin. :S
