No one should own awareness. The courts agreed.

No one at CHERUBS profits. It is a charity. To suggest Dawn is profiting off of her son's death and illness is absurd and insulting, given the amount of time and money she's donated in the past 15 years to help CDH families.

How do you OWN a birth defect? Why do people drill this in their child's heads? Even if this lady has a trademark you can still get the word out to people. It's all about money because as a non for profit I bet both women are making money due to their child's illness / birth defect. Sad on both ends if you ask me. I donated to the cherubs but I think that they should realize that if it is copyrighted then move on and find a different slogan. The donated money should not be spent for court costs
