I have a Sprinter I drive for work. 2.7L CDI I-5 turbo diesel. Great engine. 311,000 miles on it and still climbing. Only repair on the engine was a fuel pump, it blew a seal. Fixed in a couple of hours.

No no no!! best engine in mercedes history?? let me say you the beste engine in history of mercedes benz ist the OM615 200D built in w110, w111, w114,w123,w201,w24,w202 and most of the motors are now still running. that was the best engin of meredes benz.
