It is great comedy...In the English language it isn´t same as in the Czech language. It is a pity that you don´t understand Czech. Original is original. Correct name is Šest medvědů s Cibulkou.

I love this movie, although even in the Czech republic it's not played in TV. But I must say, great subtitles! I'm just downloading original movie, so if anybody has subtitles may ask me for link, I'll upload it somewhere.

I think I saw it on Nickelodeon and it was dubbed into English. Also who could I make sure to find a version with dubbing or subtitles?

The DVD was released fairly recently and has English subtitles. The VHS version does not. You will be safe as long as you buy the original DVD.

The Czech Republic. You might be able to find the DVD on Ebay. Use the original title (Sest medvedu s Cibulkou) when you search.
