  • Where can you get those scissors? Possibly Watson's?

  • @Lemon0Zero

  • Hi!.. Wich Shampoo do you ude? :)

  • @MovieStarPlanetFreak

    I switch around a lot ^^; Currently, I'm using a triple nutrition one by Garnier (:

  • @x3Haha Thanks! :D

  • does this cut look good on heart faced Asians well my brother said i have more of a square face lol

  • @xoxoLoveLockxoxo

    Yeah, it'll work great on heart face shapes! (:

    For square, you'd want your side layers to go below your chin!

  • @x3Haha how long should my hair be cuz my hair is 5 1/2 inches below my shoulders is that long enough?

  • what salon did you get the cut from cuz i have like 5 different ones by my house

  • @xoxoLoveLockxoxo

    I didn't cut it at a salon; I did it myself at home ^^;

    If you're planning to go to a salon, remember to bring pictures!

  • i love asians ^-^

  • I have medium hair so i would love to know , if i do a mullet haircut is it going to look good?

  • @retrobarbie96

    I think it's best if you wait for your hair to be at least mid-chest length xD

  • @x3Haha Ok(: thanks a lot.

  • Comment removed

  • Your hair has grown a lot from here to now!! I feel now there is hope that my hair can grow long as well for some reason... xD

  • If i do what you are doing now, will it turn out like yours ? Cuz its cinda like your just trimming it, but if i do the same will it work ? :)

  • @Musiclover19950

    What I did was a trim.

    If you wanted to cut yours, you'd have to carefully section it out and layer it more, using the techniques that I showed (:

  • i need to say thank You !!, finally i got them! , i dont have very long hair, but with this tutorial it was easy for me now im felling de mullet power!! ><

  • You are so sweet! :)

  • dude ur hair isnt a high fashioned mullet, go to tabby24/7afficail she has a actual mullet

  • I'm scared on cutting my own hair TT__TT

    its very looooonnnggggggg~! i've viewed this video many times but i'm still scared, i'm afraid of cutting it in a wrong way TT___TT

  • @Shinee319

    If you're really unsure, you can get it done at a salon? ^^; Then, you can trim it from time to time!

  • Should the hairdresser cut it when dry or wet?

  • @lmaovanessa

    Most will cut it damp (x

  • Can you still pick your hair up?? Or curl it?? If not... I don't think I'll do that... it looks nice tho :)

  • @Nessayumyum

    Yeah, I can do both (: If you have it much shorter, then I don't think you will be able to ^^;

  • thanks now i know what to do when my hair grows longer i got really confused with other vids but this one was really helpfull THANKS my hair grows really slow so ill have a lot of time to get ready ive grown it like almost 2 yeas and it barely reaches my shoulders T.T

  • I'm Blasian and I have really thick hair. If I cut the mullet from my crown area, will it make my hair poofy looking? >_<

  • @FrostWolfProductions

    It probably will unless you straighten it daily ^^;

  • @FrostWolfProductions it will, i have like 3 times her hair and i only cut the crown area and they look really nice now and puffy, you can also tease it abit to ger more volume

  • You have a nice personality ^^

  • @x3Haha Ooh, Thank you so much!! :D

  • @x3Haha weellp, I have like... A sort-of roundish shaped head. I keep hearing people say that 'oh, the people out there who have round shaped heads shouldn't get this haircut.' but I really want to get an Asian mullet /: I'm so confused on what to do.

  • @DreamerJenna

    You can get this haircut but just make sure that the hair on your sides are BELOW your chin. That way, they'll frame your face! :)

  • Hey, I have thick hair and I already have layers. They say that this cut it's good for people (like me) faces, but I really want to get a cut like this. What do I do?!?! Thanks;)

  • @DreamerJenna

    What kind of face shape do you have?

    If you want this, you can go ahead and get it :D

  • wow your so fobby and cherry i just wannah give you a BIG hug

  • Does your hair have to be long?

    My Hair falls just underneath my shoulders ^-^

    Haha, Your very pretty too btw ^-^

  • @CocooMocoo

    It's best if your hair is at least mid-chest length ^^;

  • I have her hair and I'm not asian xD

  • urmmm.....im too scared to cut my own hair :( plus my hair is layered but it's quiet long and my hair is long :(

  • @TheT0xicfilms

    I did cut it, but it was more like a trim so of course the difference wasn't huge or anything. I mentioned that near the end of the video xD

  • Can I use regular hair-cutting scissors?

  • @171Aquila

    I wouldn't recommend it ^^;

  • Cute.. but doesn't look like an Asian Mullet very much ..

  • I just cut my hair like this, and I love it!!

    I have "scene hair" bangs that look great with this!! (:

  • I wish i have ur hair!! my hair is pong pong.. u understand LOL ^^'

  • Comment removed

  • I hate the stylist that cut my hair. THIS is what I wanted, but she gave me a damn shag haircut. WAY off.

  • What do I tell my stylist To get that kind of hair? Cuz my iPod won't let me load up the description bar

  • @alicheful

    You should sign on with a laptop or computer xD

  • @x3Haha ok thx

  • omfg, thank you so much.

    I needed those tips and only found your video helpful <3

  • omg your hair is just wat i want its great :P

  • #1 thing you need is asian hair -.-

  • My hair is a little past my shoulders and i've been looking for a good haircut and i really like this one . So will it work and look good with short hair ? Please someone answer !

  • @XDcookiemonstah

    I think it'd look best with longer hair ^^; You should wait for your hair to be at least chest-length!

  • @x3Haha Thanks so much !

  • @XDcookiemonstah It works just fine with short hair!! i have kind of the same haircut as she does, but my hair is lil bit past my shoulders and it looks good to me.. :D

  • One trick that I used when I cut my layers really short is in the morning I put a wet washcloth on my head until I get my makeup done and then when I take it off, there's no bump anymore

  • Do u always cut your hair instead of going to a stylist??:)>

  • @sportdiva08

    It's been that way for years now ^^;

  • i have the same hair :O but mine is short !

  • You are so cute doing this and good!!! Wish u could do mine :(

  • Hiiiii x) I like your tutorials<3

    Do you straighten your hair or is it naturally straight? e . e its very pretttyy

  • @hanatokimi56

    Thank you! My hair is naturally straight :)

  • do you tease your hair?

  • @puppylo9278

    No, not really ^^;

  • @x3Haha Oh Ok.c: i Lovee your hair im supposed to get my cut today but my mom is being lazy to take me to a salon -____- -.-

  • i getting a haircut tomaroo'!!! this vid was the best im take a picture wright down everything omg just thanks alot you are really nice of putting this up

  • I need to get rid of this...I got my hair cut and they gave me a BAD mullet :*(

  • Can you use a regulair scissor?

  • @chocola45j

    You can, but I wouldn't recommend it xD

  • Do u have to have long hair?

  • @Tarz00081

    It'd be best if you do (:

  • @x3Haha K my hair is like...Medium lol! I really like this video its great! I keep asking my mum for this hairstyle and she always says when she sees the style HAHA

  • this video really sucks!!!!!

  • do you think its alright if i cut my hair with a double sided shearing scissors? i dont really have a one sided one :/

  • @SweetRevengeize

    Yeah, I think that'd be fine (:

  • can you think of anything that could make my hair a little less poofy at the bottom? because i used to use a straightener and after like 5 min (im really bouncy ahaha) it became almost as fat as the top of my hair. By the way i have the same hair cut as you.

  • @kawaiibunnie2341

    You could try to use an anti-frizz hair serum before you straighten your hair (:

  • Do u have thin hair cuz i do and i just wish i had thick hair! :,(

  • @27randomzgal27

    It's more like in between ^^;

  • @27randomzgal27 thick hair is great if you like to style it a bunch of different ways. but if you like to have one specific cut and not have to worry about how it looks all the time [like me ^.^], thin hair is the best. i have extremely thick and wavy/curly hair, and let me tell you, styling is a bitch. takes me about 2 and a half hours to blow dry and straighten it, and most of the time, it doesn't stay. i wish i had thin hair lol

  • ooooh my hair looks kinda like this atm :D all i have to do is wait 1.5 years to grow it out like yours eheh, btw did you cut your hair at all when growing it out?

  • @rikaz0r

    Not really ^^; I just give it trims once in a while now~

  • Hey i have the same haircut as you !(: Can you please do a video and show some hairstyles you can do with that haircut ? Thanksss .!:D

  • @lilbug077

    I've done lots of hair tutorials already. You can look for them on my channel! :D

  • How did you grow out your hair so fast compared to your current hairstyle? Mine is also an outgrown version of this mullet but the first layer is so thick but there's only a couple strands for the bottom layer which looks so weird becuz now I want my hair to be all even and thick. I don't know how I could grow it all out for it to be even. Do u have suggestions? Thanks so muuch! <3

  • @ibeautyknots

    All you can do is wait ^^;

    It took me more than 1.5 years to grow my short layers out. PATIENCE is the key! & Don't try to thin out your hair any more (:

  • thank you really for this video!!!! for a while i was looking for a vid where someone show how it looks like from the back..hard to find, or i type in the wrong words..however..thanks a lot:)

  • @XKotomiXx Yes you can. Just straighten it.

  • Thuha; I used to have a reallllly bad haircut in 7th grade. [I cut it myself & my first layers were to my eyes, my 2nd and third layers were good.] Now I'm a freshman and I've trimmed them to let the layers grow out a little faster during 8th grade but now my 2 bottom layers are pretty thin & All my hair is on my first layer which is now to my chin. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  • @ilikeshewx

    What exactly do you want to fix? ^^;

    If you want your bottom layers to be thicker, you'd just have to wait for them to grow out~ Don't attempt to cut your hair anymore if you want it to grow longer!

  • @x3Haha My first layer is way thicker than the rest which makes it look awkward & it's blunt which is bothering. >.> I want some tips on how to make the ends pointy[ like in your video ] without sacrificing the length of my hair! ( because it took forerver for it to grow out!) Thanks~

  • @ilikeshewx

    Ah, I see. In that case, you can try to thin out your top layers with thinning shears? Don't overdo it though!

    &It's difficult to maintain your length if you want the V-shape :l Everything has to be cut and layered so they fall in to a point ^^;

  • @XKotomiXx

    Hm, so your hair is naturally straight or slightly wavy? If so, this hairstyle can work for you as long as your hair length is at least mid-chest length (:

  • @XKotomiXx

    If your hair is super curly or wavy, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're willing to straighten it everyday? (x

  • omffg tank you so much this is the one video I was looking for this helped me a ton now I know how yo ask my hairdresser to cut my hair like yours!!!(:

  • Hi, i dont have that kind of scissors,, but could you like still use the normal scissors ? and how long your hair need to be so that it look nice??

  • @lynzielove21

    No, I wouldn't recommend regular scissors because you can easily mess up with that ^^;

    I'd recommend for your hair to be at least mid-chest length!

  • i got my hair cut like this, my hair is extremely curly/frizzy, etc and it takes me only half an hour to straighten my hair, i lovee itttt! thankyou!

  • its really nice watching ur way of cutting u r so cute looks like my daughter when she was 2 years .... love u baby godbless you

  • will this hair style work with curly/wavy hair, thats is also really thick?

  • @charlenejoy23

    This is great for thick hair, but for curly/wavy hair, not so much ^^; Unless you're willing to straighten your hair daily?

  • what kind of scissor ar you using? I couldn't see it when u showed us.

    And plz, if you know the name, plz tell me so I can buy one :D

  • @choco7915

    They're thinning shears; you can also use a razor (:

  • how do u cut the short layers if u dont have them yet???

  • @KuppyKakeNomNoms

    I'd just grab them my sections and chop them off xD With thinning shears or a razor, it should be easier and your mistakes won't look so bad!

  • wll it look good on semi curly/wavy, coiled at bottom, slightly thick sort of hair... :D

  • @mitie23

    Yeah, I think so (:

  • omg :O i love your videos :D and im not gunna lie....U SHOULD WORK IN A HAIR SALON :D i love your hair :3

  • is this like bubzbeauty hairstyle?

  • @TeaVMusicChannel

    Yeah, I think that style would go under the fashion mullet category too! (:

  • does this work on curly hair ???

  • @2Dkawaiiqween

    If your hair is really wavy/curly/frizzy, I wouldn't recommend it ^^;

  • Will this haircut be good for thick hair?

  • @maxxichu

    Yeah, definitely!

    It'll give you great volume at the top without the sacrifice of thinning out your bottom layers too much (:

  • Will this Hairstyle look good on people with glasses ?? Can you go to my profile and look at my pic ?? my mom said she doesnt know if i should go through with it , but i dont want it to look bad . (:

  • @littlemonster1121ily

    Yeah, it can :D Just make sure your bangs isn't at your eyes so when you wear glasses, it won't poke at your eyes or get in the way. I wear glasses too, btw! (:

  • can I have this hairstyle when my hair is short?

    x

  • @estherbunnyful

    No, probably not ^^; I think you should wait for your hair to grow to at least near your chest before you get this haircut.

  • @x3Haha Pity =(

    but thnx =)

  • hi x3haha .. my hair is super straight since i got it rebonded.. you think my hair will be ok with an asian mullet? ^__________^

  • @MsXchii

    Yeah, I think that'll be fine, as long as you don't thin out your bottom layers too much~! (:

  • @x3Haha thanks alot.. i think im gonna try it :)

  • How short is your shortest layers?

  • @Yenography

    About 4 inches, I remember.

  • Thank you for making this video! It helped me alot :-)

  • hey thanks you helped lots :]

    i just cut my hair today just like this, and it looks GREAT! :]

    xx

  • @FancyPantz123

    You're welcome!

    Glad to hear you like your haircut :D

  • Do you need the exact same pair of scissors you have, or can you just use regular ones?

  • @AznCrazeexD

    I wouldn't recommend regular ones; if anything, use a razor but beware of split ends!

  • gamsahabnida- thankyou

  • gomawo means thankyou in korean ^^

  • aw cute ! awesome :) thanks !

  • would that type of hair style look good with wavy hair? I used to have mine straight but it got ruined D: please, thanks! (:

  • @LatinaChickdee

    If your hair is too wavy or curly, I wouldn't recommend it.

    If it's just slightly wavy, I think that's fine! (:

  • @x3Haha

    oh okay good! yeah my hair isn't too wavy! thank you so much! (:

  • lol ^^

    no problem.. i'll just say that to her!

    GOMAWO=) (u no wt dt means right?)

  • @animeprince95

    No, I don't :O What does "GOMAWO" means?

  • what should i say to the hairstyler to get a hair like that...??

    thankyou

  • @animeprince95 short layers at the top, long layers at the bottom and the end thinned -i think. =D

  • @animeprince95

    Read the description box :D

  • My hair looked exactly like your except i have alot of bangs i have the blonde && everything

  • In all her videos I've watched I've never seen a hairbrush. How do you part your hair and smooth it out so perfectly?! :0

  • @tacosmileyface

    Lol, to think of it, that's kinda true. I actually don't comb my hair that often with a brush; I usually use my fingers xD I guess the parting is from practice and doing it so often. It's like a second nature now xD

  • Thank you! :]

  • youre adorable! love tis video!

  • @x3Haha

    Does your hair have to be a certain length to do this hairstyle? And does it work with Really thick hair?

  • @Kaymax13

    It's great on thick hair. As for length, it'd preferable on long hair. If your hair is around mid-chest, that's fine... but if shorter, it probably won't look good with the tail ^^;

  • @x3Haha Thank you so much for your help :D
