  • hey nice work man! i think 5/3/1's a great choice for cutting while picking up strength.

  • @adoboandryce thanks! i'm down about another 10lbs since that vid. strength has suffered a little since then but I think it has something to do with getting used to lifting with slightly different leverages (smaller chest, smaller waist etc).

    BTW, adobo and rice is a damn delicious way to get those calories in. I prefer chicken adobo....can't eat too much rice now though lol.
