This part is one of my fave moments in brotherhood. I cry when I watch it. This part inspires me when I think of the way I want my voice to sound in voice acting. Especially in emotional moments like this. :'( I love this anime more than any other I have EVER seen. And I have seen alot of animes. Ed acts the way I would, if I were in his place in this scene. FMA:Brotherhood part 2 was awesome. It's such a shame that part 1 is so rushed and in almost every aspect inferior to the 2003 version.

I'm glad that it has finally shown its true colours and become immensely better, but it's very hard to get people into it, they either watch the original but that takes 30 episodes to get them up to Brotherhood's part 2, or they watch Brotherhood's first ten and run the risk of rejecting the show altogether.

@devonta504 [adult swim] simply took a break, kind of like a season ending sort of thing. They resumed with new episodes and are now up to date (as far as I know). Does that make sense? Here's my theory: The people dubbing only got up to a certain point in the episodes before the whole break, so in order for them to get it all finished, [adult swim] stopped airing new episodes so that they could have a whole bunch of episodes to air up to the end of the series. Hope I helped some.

To people who never read the manga it could come out as real good anime. But in truth its so crappy compared to the original work since it goes way off the actual story. Brotherhood really is the only one worth your time watching. I looked this up before watching FMA good thing I did. Brotherhood is so worth the time.
