Yeah, sure. There are no steps as such, all you need to do is download the software and it prompts you what to do to do. There are only two steps: first you the software does a speed test and an automatic configuration setup and then you apply the boost by clicking the button. That's it!

It's not 5 times faster, it's not even 2 times faster, but is is faster than before. At least with loading thumbnails. Getting about 140 kB/s downloading as usual but at one point it did peak to almost 200 kB/s, never done that before.
