Anyways the only thing I'm angry at is if there's anyone near the receiver during the catch they'll drop the ball for an incomplete. Even if they turn upfield. And it's not every once in a while it's every pass that should be made around a defender. Everything else still kicks Madden around like it was the quarterback at around 18 seconds.

That's a matter of opinion to me this game is a revolutionary game in sports gaming I love the use of the Euphoria engine sure the gameplay needs alot of work and the developers need to figure out who are they targeting as a fan base the HARDCORE GAMERS like Myself or the Casual Gamers like yourself. I realized there is a style of play that you need like not running the ball with 8 men in the box and learning to use the passing stick to control ball location. THere are some issue but if you get past the learnin curve, this game is atleast a 7 or 8/10 and well worth your time.... keep your mind open

BB has the gameplay sorted, minus a few issues, unlike madden which has all the fancy bits on the side, minus a few issues. Which is easier to change? Adding in a create a player mode? Actually, no, its reworking the entire physics system and redesigning the A.I. For me backbreaker is the best 'skeleton' game ever made. Think about this: BB2 is gonna have all the great stuff, the tackling, the running, the team customization, without any of the complaints and added features!

i just played the demo and i gotta say that the tackling looks ragdoll-ish, it seems like the players dont really try to stay up(they fall down easily). With that said, i still say i like it cuz there isnt another game like this out there, the lighting is amazing, and if the makers work out the the few flaws it has,like characters look more realistic(not really a flaw, but a preference), in a sequel madden should watch out.

This game has several game modes and alot of depth. The glowing ball feature is only in arcade mode. Backbreaker has 2 seperate franchise modes, tackle alley, split screen, multi-player, online, pro and arcade.

I watched it over and over. The O-lineman was headed that way and it seems the defender lowered his head to ward off the impact. Hard to tell at this speed. I'm not a big fan of the illuminated football and sound effect.

I think the camera angle is very innovative. Unlike the orthodox camera angle this makes it feel like you're in the game.

The game doesn't look that bad. It does seem a little arcadish, but not too much. It is 11 on 11 so it won't really be like blitz. I like the POV though, that was one of my main concerns was how the camera angle would look during gameplay. I don't think this is the finish product so lets wait and see.

It all looks pretty good, the o-line seems to be doing their job and defensive backs are not reading your route pre-snap and walking step for step with receivers. I also like the QB's POV. One thing though, I really do hope you can turn off the glowing pigskin.
