The sex offender laws are NEVER going to work, they are just a false sense of security. If someone is so dangerous, and intent on committing another crime, this won't stop them.
Plus, how many sex crimes can you tell me about, that have occurred at any of these places?
Most sex crimes (90% or more) occur by people in the family, not some stranger, and they usually occur in the victims own home, not any of these places.
Just mass hysteria and a moral panic, IMO.
