Skin color has something to do with the 'race' concept, but the concept is a sociological one, not a biological one and it's maybe time to overcome that.

(1)The rap industry consist of mostly blacks
(2) The intention behind someone without color is different then someone with it.

@Homesmoker i agree with most of that except for the its just a word part. words hurt. and you can't treat it like its just someone slapping a piece of paper with the word "Nigger" in ur hand. If someone says a word, it has meaning, and it doesn't have just the meaning of the word, depending on the context, it tells you a lot about that person, how they feel about you, and A LOT of other things. Words are not just words. They can build you up, and they can break you down.
