this video was so sad to see. Thailand is my home country and it makes me sad that this is happening there and all people can talk about on here is politics. This is why the world can never get better. Everyone needs to accept responsibility for the problems that exist in the world. It's not just one person or another, its everyone. This pointing game takes away from the real issues of the world! Anyways, thanks for posting this video!

The news will not hopefully deter to many people to travel. The weather is short spurts of nastiness really. Get your visa and a map and just come for a vacation because in my opinion this is the best time when the beaches are empty and you can enjoy the culture.

8:50 motorbike driver and passenger fall into water - later i saw lots more bikes that would not start

0:10 pattaya school 0:55 guy removed safety barriers to pass and then didn't put it back! 5:39 south pattaya tai flooded 6:00 onwards middle road flooded and I gave up trying to pass

torrential rain flooded large areas of Pattaya, including Second Road in front of Pattaya School No.8. The heavy rain caused flood damage to people's property, who live in the area nearby, and chaos to road users.The problem is that there is no effective drainage set up in the area, which is continually being developed with no thought of the ensuing problems which is not taken seriously enough by City Hall, who just dispatch a water-pump lorry to drain the water.

@olFaTaLlo it is the rainy season - so yeah it monsoon - but it only takes a night of rain and the place floods - i saw lots of places later in the night flooded but got tired of recording by then.
