hey this is the solution that i found:

look in Home/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins/ anyway

also in HD/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins/

delete the plug-in and restart iTunes and it's done (Y) good luck

Yes, that plugin is what was causing it. I pulled it out of my iTunes folder, restated, and I no longer have the issue.
