Cory Lidle will forever be missed. He wasn't the most amazing pitcher, but you can see he was such a great guy and a happy father. It's depressing as it was before seeing this video, but he had a bright future ahead of him. But he will never be forgotten.

I heard a rumor he turned down being an Angel.. to be a Yankee in heaven.

that day sucked in rochester it was raining and cloudy and cold and it just didnt feel right me and my friend got in trouble for hitting rocks at a house and then i came home and i saw the news

Hey Cory,MLB and the Yankees are not, nor will they ever be the same without you. I have had the honor of meeting your twin brother Kevin and talking to him on numerous occassions and can see you are a overall nice guy like him. You were taken from us way too soon and our hearts were broken, but I guess God loves baseball and called one His best pitchers home to play with the Greats who have gone before us. You will NEVER, EVER be forgotten!! As long as we remember you, you will never be gone!

but philly is classless and would never do this so the yanks stepped up. i mean philly boo'd santa claus and cheered michael irvin getting injured, and tanked a season. while in new york the yankees donate a million bucks to virginia tech, send their giants out to play hard in week 17 against the patriots in a game that meant nothing to their playoff position
