@libat77 Turn off the phone first. Then hold down the Menu button and the power button and this should start it back up in normal mode.

I might be buying this on Orange for £25. That includes "unlimited" internet which is actually 500mb so I'm worried that Motoblur will take up a lot of usage? Thanks if you can help me!

yo tengo menos de 1 mes con mb220 y la verdad no era lo que esperaba ya que como usuario de google me permite tener muy pocas aplicaciones. Ademas y lo mas grave del ausuto es que no me permite tomar la llamadas frecuentemente y telcel no se hace responsable de esto ya que cada vez que lo llevo no presenta este problema y ellos no creen un usuarios con mas de 15 años con sus servicios.

id rate the phone one s acale of 1 to 10 as a 9 because sometimces it gets a little weird but that's very shortlasting, also I have it on a contract, and when you drop it I'm not entirely sure because I only dropped it once from a height of about a foot and a half and I have zero scratches after a month so id say no not easily

Android is bascially a fairly new Operating System (OS) for mobile handsets, and tablets! it was thought of by google! i wouldnt say its still in the beta stages but updates are available like every couple months! its has been active on handsest since October of '08 when the TMobile G1 was released by HTC! also known as the Dream! you should google Android Os! its great!

Yeah, it's somewhere around that price, but I know for T-Mobile it's $200 for an upgrade price.

Please, some one tell me that phone is gone be released soon, AND with a capacitive touch screen. 2 things that drives me crazy about my phone is the resistive touch and the video shot (25 fps). BTW I thing it's the only problem eith this new device. Video recording MUST be at 30fps to result in hi-quality videos. That's a shame... hope it get's even better till it's release.

Finally an Android phone that does not suck designwise! Thank you Motorola, and thank you for not including that hideous trackball, and good riddance Nokia with its insane code signing requirements.. Symbian was a frigging nightmare for developers when it came to deploy your code and I was looking forward to switching to Android since its inception but there was no decent phone around. Finally there is Dext and wait is over.

Motorola doesn't give extended warranty with their phone, nor they are willing to help you if you ended having a problem with firmware etc..

I advice everyone staying away from their horrible products.

gmail is not corporate email. I tried it. Get to many "message left on server" because google has gone way overboard. Even blocks my British Admiralty notices sent as attachments!

Oh.. and no spell check or predictive text for the hard keyboard supported at this time.

I'll bet Google's own people can't use Android based phones for business either.

My understanding is that the lack of hard keyboard spell check is because Android 1.5 does not support it. Sooooo... Since this phone will also be a Android 1.5, it won't have hard keyboard spell check either. I am thinking of holding out for the new moblie phone about to come out.

I agree.. Moto has been lagging the competition a bit. They didn't release a lot of hardware but the phones were always innovative or nicely designed (like the Razor). Hope this won't be their swansong..

They ended up with a fixation with the RAZR.. almost every phone they made was some sort of RAZR clone for a long time. I think this is actually the only notable phone that Motorola have launched since the AURA, almost a year ago!
