  • @singinpotato :-)

  • This was helpful but I really wish you had shown the parent tables too, it would have been easier to see the transformations? Thank you anyway!

  • @isitintherain You're welcome. I should rename the both of these videos. I have a video titled basic graphs of square roots and cube roots that contains the parent tables.

  • Thanks braa

  • @xStrikee You're welcome.

  • @Mikeyslilsista14 A negative in front of the cube root flips the function vertically (up and down). What was negative is now positive and was positive is now negative (in regards to the y). So instead of increasing slowly like the regular cube root graph does (#2), it decreases slowly.

  • Thank youu.

  • @zaneanator You're welcome.

  • is #4 ( the one with 2cubed root x-3) what is the y intercept

  • @dgak45 The y-intercept is ~ -2.884. You can always find the y-intercept by plugging in 0 for x. Because x=0 or (0,?) is always what the coordinate looks like as it's crossing the y-axis. Just plug and chug as some call it.

  • I have a test tomorrow and this cleared everything up, thank you so much! :)

  • i dont understand graphing at all :(( im stuck with my hw

  • @TheCamelia125 I'm sorry it didn't make any sense. Try watching the graphing basic square root and cube root functions.

  • Thank You soooo much! Awesome video! This helped clear things out a lot!!! Keep making more~

  • @chhaya11 You're welcome. I'm glad this cleared up a lot. I will definitely continue making more.

  • Thank you so much! :) Now I feel so prepared for my tomorrows class! <3

  • @mileycyrus55767 You're welcome. Way to look for outside resources to supplement.

  • this made no sense to me, im screwed for this quiz

  • @CapsRule1 I'm sorry it didn't make any sense. Try watching the graphing basic square root and cube root functions.

  • @davidtutorsmath its fine man, my teacher is a real prick and gets mad when you ask for help. ill watch the video you suggested

  • thank you so much.

  • @ballerforlife666 You're welcome.

  • Amazing job! Thanks for help the help :)

  • @talytha123 Thanks and you're welcome.

  • i love you

  • @okthisallsucks aaawww, shucks. Glad I could help.

  • You helped me sooooo much! The way you explained how to graph without an x y tree completely amazed me. What a HUGE time saver. I couldn't believe it was that easy. I actually double-checked with the x y tree the way I was taught previously and you were right on the money! OMG! I plan on spreading the word about you my friend...thanks for a SUPERB video simplifying what I considered a difficult concept.

  • @FitzKim I'm glad you found it helpful. I agree, I can't stand making an x y table if you can graph the functions using patterns and just adjust for the differences. Thanks for the encouragement, and yes, most definitely spread the word.

  • I love you

  • thanks so much i have a horibble pre ap algebra teacher and u just mad it easy!

  • @cmudd7221 Glad it helped.
