I like some games more than Sam, but he really is more serious than the rest. Just look at the pure number of powerful you monsters you slaughter in the Serious Sam games.

If this is anything, my guess is it'd be a boxset of both Serious Sam HD games (First/Second Encounter) and the upcoming Serious Sam 3: BFE (Before First Encounter)
@Deathshuck Well Duke is out... in some parts of the world. The highest score he got by far is 81. The lowest? 40. Fucking 40. Out of 100. It has most of that old 90s style gameplay, but not all of it and that's what kills the game. It isn't funny to just kill monsters arcade-style if you've got regen. It's SO less funny when you've got ONLY TWO WEAPONS with you.
SS3? No regen. All the weapons. Melee attacks. And no such shit like golden Desert Eagle (WTF, Duke's weap of choice is Glock!).

I couldn't care less about how many weapons you can carry or how many pigs you shoot, I play it for the humor and in that regard, Duke Nukem will always be unique.

Must be me, but you guys seem to have polished Serious sam remake more than croteam has with their own freaking remake. Really am counting on you guys to continue making this remake, I'm excited man.
I feel sorry for you guys, working four years on this remake, then Croteam brings out SS1HD: First Encounter based on Serious Engine 3, with SS1HD: Second Encounter due this year.
It reminds me of how the release of Fortress Forever was eclipsed by an official Team Fortress 2 from Valve.
Actually we are pretty sure that our project sparked the creation of HD. Don't feel sorry for us because we don't. Thanks to our efforts you will now get two renditions of the original game and trust me, ours is going to be quite different. So it really isn't a wasted effort.

ok, thanks for the reply, I've read the page, but it gave the impression that it's a DEMO. FYI quake 3 team arena is a MOD/add-on of q3, yet they provided a WORKING DEMO of it(that was almost ten years ago). Anyway, deleted it 30 mins after, since I dont have the game(ss2)...

@hanrinch No it's not, fucking lurk more. SS HD is just SS with updated graphics, SS Forever is mod for SS2, that has levels different from original TFE (but still TFE-themed) and new features.

I feel sorry for you guys, working four years on this remake, then Croteam brings out SS1HD: First Encounter based on Serious Engine 3, with SS1HD: Second Encounter due this year.
It reminds me of how the release of Fortress Forever was eclipsed by an official Team Fortress 2 from Valve.

Actually we are pretty sure that our project sparked the creation of HD. Don't feel sorry for us because we don't. Thanks to our efforts you will now get two renditions of the original game and trust me, ours is going to be quite different. So it really isn't a wasted effort.

ok, thanks for the reply, I've read the page, but it gave the impression that it's a DEMO. FYI quake 3 team arena is a MOD/add-on of q3, yet they provided a WORKING DEMO of it(that was almost ten years ago). Anyway, deleted it 30 mins after, since I dont have the game(ss2)...
