I wish she went with that kid..(haven't read book in awhile) that offered her to go with him in the other direction.

I simply loved 'The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner'

When you're reading 'Eclipse', the readers don't feel sorry for Bree, because they're too focused on Edward, Bella and Jacob.

But when you read Bree's story, you actually connect to her and the sorrow she feels.

I'd recommend The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner, even for people who aren't Twilight fans

I love how these former Stargate actors are pretty much the only ones in the Twilight series that actually dig deep down into their characters and try to really understand what's between the lines and bring that out through their performance. First with Chris Heyerdahl (Marcus) in New Moon, and now Jodelle Ferland (Bree) in Eclipse. All I can say is, they had GREAT training on SG-1 and SGA (both of which JF appeared on).

Canadian actors are taking over Hollywood for a reason.

I think she looks fine for the part. Her character was tragic and she served a plot point esp. to show Bella what newborns are like so she could make her decision with her eyes wide open. But they're acting like the movie is all about Bree and Riley, when they aren't in the story until the end. But as long as they don't pull a "Waylon Forge" on us again, I'll be ok. (If you don't know who that is watch "Twilight" and then bang your head against a wall).

@MelJelloFreak It's a novella. Bree's story throughout Eclipse. In Eclipse you only get Bella's view of the story, but the new book is about Bree through the novel to the end of the battle.
