この日は本来はゆず湯じゃなかったんだけど、ゆずが残っていたと­かとかで特別にゆず湯になったんです。カピたちも＆こちらもラッ­キーでした。もっとも、観ている方は寒かったんですけどね（＾＾­）。とっても癒されました。

Yes it is.

In this park, they have been doing this for over 25years in the winter time. And Capybaras enter the bath by themselves. No one is forcing them.

@1959TAK Your are right. It is safe. In fact capybaras are real good swimmers. I have seen a video of a bunch of them swimming in a river.
