ok...I think this puts the song into the book. as an old soundgarden+jazz fan I must say this is one of those covers that supersedes the original. yes. chris cornell did not know he composed a jazz standard. i can imagine this would also work with a vocalist, say casandra wilson´s voice would fit well.
