  • I really enjoy plyo training - and it's great to understand these basics. It makes so much since - I've noticed that I get the most power return when my muscles are tight- and squeezed - like the small rubber ball. - when your body is loose - all that energy seemed to be absorbed right to the ground.

    (BTW - awesome foot apparel - are those your special plyo shoes? -maybe I should try those out - LOL )

    As far as my "footwear" what started out as comfort has taken on a life of its own! Fans, members, and clients often send me such "footwear" with comments like, "I saw these and knew you hade to have them."

    Anyone who visits my office witnesses a vast array of various "styles" LOL

  • great demonstration, love the shoes. tried the calf quad blast, the pump is crazy. I could see that growing my calves
