  • EZ stands for express zone

  • @mcintyrethehab yes EZ is express zone

  • Is Jtelev in this video?

  • @Mrockers292 No musicfreakcc is in the video back when he used to be camera shy.

  • Does that elevator have enough buttons or what? Someone else did a vid of the service elevators at the other Marriott Marquis in New York. Those had Schindler's Miconic 10 dispatching. Try those if you can.

  • @moose9784 no OTIS series 1 elevators only NY has Schindler Miconic 10

  • Are the main elevators faster or slower than the service elevators

  • What does EZ mean

  • @dickcheney6 Express Zone

  • wtf is wrong with the floor indicater

  • is that the elevator at 0:14?

  • a. you might ask where that food came from. sometimes they can tell you.

    b. that elevator is fast for quick service. those lights are cool.

  • somtimes you're allowed on the service elevators.

  • he could work at this building..

  • What is "EL"

  • @maco5551

    Exhibit level.

  • @maco5551 i think its the exective level but i have no idea if it is or not

  • That was a 49 second ride.

  • 1200FPM is more ideal for 47 floors.

  • is that musicfrecc in the back ground

  • I tried riding on a service elevator at a hotel in St. Louis. When the doors opened, an employee was the elevator operator.

  • I take it that the sign (Use Exit Stairs) above the call button, lights up if the elevator is being used for an extended period of time for freight handling.

  • How were you able to ride this elevator without getting in trouble? When I tried to ride a service elevator at the Westin Hotel in Boston, I got in trouble by security, and was thrown out.

  • I actually know where that Westin you are talking about is.

  • Good food! Tasty!

  • Yeah,, really tasty. It is amazing how filthy those service corridors are.. Good video though!

  • @Kira1106 Yup. yum yum

  • In skyscrapers or high rise hotels the alarm on each elevator automatically alerts security

  • Yep. you are right in the case of this building. as soon as you press it, somebody comes on the speakerphone. Thanks for watching!
