@sozhini cheating the old way or trading it with a friend that doesnt care about not having it from version silver/cristal/gold to ur ruby/sapphire and dunno for emmerald. Cheating the old way: In S/C/G ver. Clone a pokemon holding the masterball a 100 times, find the way to clone it somewhere cuz im lay to explai, its some stuff in ur pokemon storage, but u gotta be carefull cuz the pokemon and ur masterball might just disapear if u fail :P this trick cannot be done in R/S/E nor newer versions

i also had latios, kyogre and groudon captured (al found with no cheats whatsoever)

I caught a Rayquaza on the second Pokeball I threw

I used Latios lvl 45 IceBeam doing 55-61% damage on it. Rayquaza used Rest. I used Ice Beam again same damage I used a Pokeball then caught it (mabye first)

Rayquaza didnt have a clue at the time that I caught it. But I didnt save it - I loved vs'ing that Rayquaza!

Since then I restarted Ruby (which I rarely played coz I loved Sapphire and Emerald more) and I feel like an idiot for doing so lol.

@Poke5010 Deoxys has a Catch Rate of 3. Even if you did weaken and paralyze it, it's still a low chance you're going to catch it. I'm a little skeptical myself here. Either you have extremely good luck, or you hacked.

Guys, another way to catch it is training latios latias to lvl 67 and go see the space ship guy easy way to catch him, if it doesent work train him to lvl 77 then go see him and he should say 77 or 67 ships took off today.

If you're still in the city, try using the Walk Through Walls cheat. You'll have to go through Fortree and Mauville to get back to where you're going. At least, that's what I did :D
