@GOparkour1 Not according to David Belle...you and I may not be able to understand the intricacies of the free running vs parkour debate but I think he not only does but has flat out said they are two names describing the same activity. Parkour being the french word for it and Free Running being the english.

@Mrjonathandj You are an idiot. parkour and freerunning are COMPLETELY different. pasrkour is the fastest way from A-B. Freerunning is the FLASHIEST way from A-B, while wastiung alot of momentum on flips. and David Belle know the difference, so shut up.

Traceur is running impossibly fast and getting through, over, and around this as fast as possible. in parkour, most people don't run 100%. Learn your shit, then talk to me.
