@mynameistnb Negative. L Shoulder is -3 on block and thus safe to Juri. EX lunge punch and non-EX Palm are also safe on block (though those two are actually plus). I BELIEVE all lunge punches, or at least the M version, are safe on block /if spaced correctly/ whereas the EX one is pretty much brainless, but I'm not 100% so don't quote me.

Sora, Those shoulders are unsafe on block. You can reversal them every time. (ex pinwheel maybe?)
The same is true with most specials Yun will use on block outside of Ginei Jin.
